Most AI transformations fail. Not because the technology breaks, but because the strategy, integration, and adoption around it never quite hold. That fault line is where my work lives.
Fifteen years immersed in AI and machine learning. Twelve-plus in consulting and coaching. A working seat across European and global enterprises navigating the messy middle between AI ambition and measurable impact, currently as an AI Strategy Consultant at Infosys, based in Germany.
My engagements span automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services, from Fortune 500 transformations to early-stage startups. I work both sides of the table: building AI agents, RAG systems, and production-grade GenAI on one hand; advising on use case selection, operating models, governance, and scaling on the other.
That dual lens matters. Most strategists can't ship. Most builders can't translate value to a CFO. My perspective lives in between, sharpened by repeated exposure to where AI initiatives quietly leak ROI, why pilots stall short of production, and what separates the 5% that scale from the 95% that don't.

The real advantage now lies in choosing the right problems, integrating AI into workflows that actually run the business, managing risk without paralysing speed, and driving adoption inside organisations that have already seen one transformation programme too many.
That is the lens I bring here: practical, execution-focused, anchored in measurable outcomes. Not vendor demos or LinkedIn theatre.
